This is a former Chickering square grand piano from probably the 1880's that was beyond a traditional restoration. We're refinishing the cabinet to the original color, updating the action to a modern style grand action from the 1920's with ivory keytops and installing the components to sense key movement and function as a state of the art digital piano. We are also planning to install a CD/Bluetooth player system that moves the keys and can play any number of songs for parties, entertainment or just relaxation.
